Ingredients
- 8 Honey Maid Wafers, broken crosswise in half (16 squares), divided
- 2 Tbsp. EACH red and white cookie icing
- 1 Tbsp. white nonpareil sprinkles
- ¼ cup maple butter, softened
- 1 Cadbury Dairy Milk Made for S'mores Bar (180 g), broken into 8 squares
- 8 hot toasted marshmallows
CAUTION: The marshmallow-topped wafers will be hot. Adult supervision is required.
Preparation
Place 8 wafer squares in single layer on tray; drizzle with icings. Immediately top with sprinkles.
Let stand 1 hour or until icings are firm.
Spread remaining wafer squares with maple butter; cover with chocolate and marshmallows.
Top each with 1 decorated wafer; press gently into marshmallows to secure. Let stand 1 min, garnish with a Canadian flag before serving.
Recipe Tips
- Subsitute
Mash 1 cup fresh raspberries with a fork. Use instead of the maple butter.
- Candy Maple Leaves
Garnish each topped wafer with a candy maple leaf just before serving. Melt 1/3 cup red candy coating wafers in microwave as directed on package; spoon evenly into 8 silicone maple leaf moulds. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or until firm. Remove candy leaves from moulds. Secure to tops of s'mores with additional cookie icing.

Use mixed red and white sprinkles and/or red maple leaf-shaped quins along with the white nonpareil sprinkles to decorate.
