Ingredients
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 Ritz Crackers, crushed
- ¼ cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
Preparation
Heat oven to 375°F.
Place chicken in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard until blended; spread evenly onto tops of chicken breasts.
Combine cracker crumbs and nuts; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
