Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (250 g each) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (200 g) old cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Ritz Crackers
Preparation
- Beat cheeses and <i>Miracle Whip</i> with mixer until well blended.
- Add onions and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Form into football shape; coat with nuts. Serve with crackers.

Substitute toasted chopped walnuts, slivered almonds, bacon bits or finely chopped fresh parsley for the pecans. - Special Extra
Garnish with pimiento strips or roasted red pepper strips for the football lacing.
