
RITZ Parmesan Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅛ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), skin removed
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 10 Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
Preparation
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix Miracle Whip, cheese and pepper until well blended.
- Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzle with lemon juice. Top with Miracle Whip mixture; spread to evenly cover fish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

The end pieces of whole salmon fillets have more flavour than the thicker centre-cut fillets. Ask your fish retailer to skin the thinner end fillets if possible. - Serving Suggestion
