Ingredients
- ½ cup light soft cream cheese
 - ⅓ cup finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
 - 24 Ritz Crackers
 - ⅓ cup mixed thin roasted red and yellow pepper strips
 - 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
 
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
 - Mix cream cheese and mozzarella until blended; spread onto crackers.
 - Place on baking sheet; top with peppers.
 - Bake 5 min.
 - Sprinkle with basil.
