Sweet and Spicy WHEAT THINS Snack Mix

Ingredients
- 3 cups Wheat Thins Crackers
- 1 container (325 g) dry roasted salted mixed nuts
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. dried oregano leaves
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cups white cheddar popcorn
- ¼ tsp. chipotle chili pepper powder
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine crackers and nuts in large bowl. Drizzle with butter; mix lightly.
- Mix sugar, chili powder, oregano and garlic powder until blended. Add to cracker mixture; mix lightly.
- Spread onto foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring after 5 min. Cool completely.
- Toss popcorn with chili pepper powder in large bowl. Add cracker mixture; mix lightly.
