TRISCUIT Garlic-Shrimp Spread

ServingsMakes 1-3/4 cups spread or 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) spread and 4 crackers (18 g) each.
Ingredients
  • 1 tub (250 g) light soft cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Triscuit Low Sodium Crackers
Preparation
  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon into 1-1/2- to 2-cup casserole dish.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

  • Substitute
    Serve with Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers.
  • Make Ahead
    Mix ingredients as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350ºF for 25 min. or until heated through.
