Ingredients
  • 2 green onions, sliced, divided
  • ½ cup finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • 1 can (120 g) crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 50 Triscuit Original Crackers
Preparation
  • Heat broiler.
  • Reserve half the onions. Combine remaining onions with all remaining ingredients except crackers; spread onto crackers. Top with reserved onions.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until tops are lightly browned.

  • Easy Cleanup
    To make cleanup a snap, cover baking sheet with foil before using.
  • Substitute
    Substitute 1 can (120 g) tuna, drained and flaked, for the crabmeat.
  • Use Your Microwave
    Top crackers with crab mixture as directed; place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until crab mixture is heated through and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
