Ingredients
- 2 green onions, sliced, divided
- ½ cup finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1 can (120 g) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 50 Triscuit Original Crackers
Preparation
- Heat broiler.
- Reserve half the onions. Combine remaining onions with all remaining ingredients except crackers; spread onto crackers. Top with reserved onions.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until tops are lightly browned.
