TRISCUIT Quick 'n Easy Red Pepper Dip

ServingsMakes 2-1/4 cups dip or 18 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip (27 g) and 10 crackers (20 g) each.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (500 mL) roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Triscuit Thin Crisps Original Crackers
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth. Spoon into tightly covered container.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve with the crackers.
