TRISCUIT Warm Spinach & Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tub (250 g) spinach soft light cream cheese
- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 170 g fresh lump crabmeat, chopped
- ½ cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- ⅓ cup grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Triscuit 40% Less Fat Crackers
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine all ingredients except crackers.
- Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
