TRISCUIT Warm Spinach & Crab Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 tub (250 g) spinach soft light cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 170 g fresh lump crabmeat, chopped
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
  • ⅓ cup grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Triscuit 40% Less Fat Crackers
Preparation
  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers.

  • Substitute
    Prepare using 1-1/2 cans (120 g each) crabmeat, drained and flaked.
