Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, chopped
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 Peek Freans Maple Leaf Biscuits, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. quick-cooking oats
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. thawed frozen whipped topping
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Toss apples with sugar; spoon into 2 ramekins.
- Mix next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until apples are tender and topping is crisp and golden brown. Serve topped with whipped topping.

This recipe can easily be multiplied to serve more guests. For 6 servings, simply multiply each ingredient by 3 and bake in a 9-inch square baking dish.
