RITZ Caribbean Coconut-Chicken Bites

Ingredients
- ¼ cup plain 2% MF Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp. jerk seasoning powder
- ⅛ tsp. lime zest and 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 avocado
- 36 Ritz Crackers
- 340 g cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced, cut into 36 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Mix yogurt, seasoning, lime zest and lime juice until blended.
Refrigerate 20 min.
Cut avocado into 36 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half. Place on crackers.
Top with chicken, yogurt mixture, coconut and cilantro.
