Ingredients
- 12 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
- ½ cup fully cooked pulled pork (60 g)
- 2 small fresh jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 slices
- 1 Swiss cheese slice (15 g), cut into 12 pieces
Preparation
- Heat broiler.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
