Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Korean red chili flakes (Gochugaru)
- ½ tsp. sesame oil
- 2 cups thin English cucumber slices
- ¼ cup short thin matchlike carrot sticks
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 24 Ritz Crackers
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
- Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
- Add vegetables; mix lightly. Let stand 30 min. or up to 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain cucumber mixture just before serving; spoon onto crackers.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
